2. Services Description

Jaron Dynamics LLC provides data annotation and AI training services, including but not limited to:

• Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF)
• Computer Vision annotation and labeling
• Agentic AI training and Computer Use trajectory capture
• Red Teaming and model evaluation services

All services are provided on a contractual basis to enterprise clients.

3. Acceptable Use

Users of our services agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Use services only for authorized and lawful purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
• Not use our services to transmit malicious code or harmful content

4. Employment and Contractor Relationships

Data annotation specialists and other personnel working with Jaron Dynamics are engaged as independent contractors. The specific terms of engagement, including compensation, work hours, and deliverables, will be outlined in separate contractor agreements.

5. Confidentiality and Data Security

All parties agree to:

• Maintain strict confidentiality of proprietary information and client data
• Not disclose, copy, or distribute any confidential information
• Follow all security protocols and guidelines
• Report any security incidents or data breaches immediately

Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information may result in immediate termination and legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

All work product, annotations, and deliverables created through our services are owned by the client who commissioned the work, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. The Jaron Dynamics name, logo, and website content are the intellectual property of Jaron Dynamics LLC.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jaron Dynamics LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Results obtained from our services will be accurate or reliable
• Any defects or errors will be corrected

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service.

10. Independent Contractor Status

Jaron Dynamics LLC is an independent contractor and vendor. We are not an affiliate, subsidiary, or partner of OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, or any other technology company, though we may provide services for their ecosystems under separate commercial agreements.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
