To apply online, you sign in with your Google account. Google shares only your name, your email address and a Google account identifier with us (the basic profile and email permissions). We do not receive your Google password, contacts, files, calendar or any other Google data.

We use this information from Google only to confirm your email address, to connect your application to your account so you can check its status and update it, and to contact you about your application. Staff who review applications also sign in with Google, so that only approved staff can open the review page.

We do not sell Google user data, share it with third parties, or use it for advertising. It is stored with your application, encrypted, and is used only for the purposes described here.

You can remove Jaron Dynamics' access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To delete your application and the information we received from Google, contact us at privacy [at] jarondynamics.com.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information with any external organizations except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. We use Cloudflare for site security and protection.

Applications and resumes submitted through our website are encrypted before they are stored, and can be read only by authorized Jaron Dynamics staff.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Applications submitted through our website are kept for up to 24 months after your last update, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or you begin working with us. You can ask us to delete your application at any time.

You have the right to:

• Withdraw consent for data processing
