Apply nowJaron Wilson, Founder and Principal Architect, started this work in 2025, leading a team of student contractors on AI data projects, including RLHF and human-in-the-loop review. After a year of steady work, he incorporated it as Jaron Dynamics LLC in Virginia on March 31, 2026.
The mission has not changed: paid, flexible work for students who need it. Now part of the team is also moving into government contracting.
